"The Rebel" Laser Sword Kit

This brave new world of science fiction and fantasy TV and Film production has brought us a lot of new laser sword hilts in the past few years. But to my eyes, only one of them has captured the look and feel of the OT. That saber hilt, we are calling, "The Rebel!" The design of "The Rebel" harkens back to the grenades, circuit boards, camera parts, and sink knobs of the classic 77 design. It remixes these aesthetic elements in exciting new ways to create a weapon that feels fresh and new while still fitting right in with the rough and tumble world of a galaxy of rouges, wizards, and hot shots.
 
For the past two and a half years, we've been endeavoring to bring this design to life and put it into the hands of builders and collectors. Now, after countless hours of design, more than a few rounds of prototyping, and some last-minute additions to the prop kit package, we are excited to release the newest addition to the Stars' End line of laser sword kits. 
 
Each hilt is machined from 6061 aluminum and c360 brass.  
Each hilt consists of over 35 individually machined pieces.

In the next few weeks, he will be releasing full assembly, paint, and weathering tutorials.
 
We're very excited to offer these new kits to the public, for you all to build, customize, and add to your collection. But we're also thrilled to try to use this latest release to do a little good in the world. 
 
With every "Rebel" saber kit that we sell, we will donate a significant portion of the proceeds to Ukraine relief efforts in support those trying to protect their homeland, their neighbors, and their families from war and oppression. 
 
Please understand that this is a kit. It will come unpainted, unweathered, and unassembled and it will require some basic modeling skills to complete (painting, sanding, gluing). The kit will come with all the aluminum parts, brass control box board and sync pins, tri-rings, and screws. You'll need to supply the paint and any aftermarket electronics that you wish to add.
